The best month to pressure wash your home and roof are during the months of March, April, May and June. There are a few reasons for this:

You get to enjoy your newly pressure washed home all year long and into the following year. Especially when there was lots of snow during the winter and your roof was soaked and may have gathered bacteria under your shingles.
The weather is above 40 degrees. We do not pressure wash in colder temperatures.

Instead of thinking of months of time, we think it is best to pressure wash your house, siding, deck, patio and roof on a regular basis. You should have your roof soft washed at least every five years. This way you minimize mold and mildew build up.
